Goal of the association:
Collecting individual payments, not from groups, for the purpose of maintaining the campsite

The board:

The board is made up of 3 people: The chairman, secretary and treasurer.
The board members are chosen by the members of the association.
The term of the roles ranges from two years to a maximum of 10 years.
Elections for the board are held in “even” years.

Members:

The association has two membership categories: youth members and senior members.
Only individuals can become members.

Members pay an annual minimum of:

  • Youth members (to 27 years): €25
  • Senior members (from 28 years): €50

Higher payments are welcome.

Communication:

Members are contacted primarily by email.
Once per year a General Members Meeting is held in which the annual report, the income and expenses, and the year and action plan are discussed.

The association’s income:

The association’s income comes from the annual membership payments, donations, bequests and other income. In association’s income is administered and spent on necessary materials and work done by professionals. No payments are made directly to the campsite owner.

Action plan:

Every year the board – after discussion with the campsite owner – presents an action plan for the new season. The available financial resources guide the action plan.
Ideas from members are welcome.

Actions:

At the end of April and early May, volunteers help to prepare the campsite for the season. The exact timing for this preparation work is communicated in March.

Rights:

There are no extra rights or benefits given to association members during their visits to the campsite.
